Hitachi presents world’s first DVD-RAM Camcorder

Hitachi will present worlds first DVD-RAM camcorder at a booth at NAB 2001 that is held from the 21th till the 26th of April.



Hitachi’s booth will feature the world’s first DVD-RAM Camcorder, the DZ-MV100A. This unique product records superior-quality video or 1,998 mega-pixel still photos onto an eight-centimeter DVD-RAM disc that is rewritable up to at least 100,000 times. With partners Cyberlink, ULEAD and Sonic Solutions, Hitachi will demonstrate the full range of playback, editing and authoring solutions available using the DVD-RAM Camcorder. Now shipping, the DZ-MV100A is available through Hitachi’s dealers and distributors at a retail price of $1,999.95.
