Mitsumi CR-4809TE vs. Lite-On LTR-24102B

 

CD-RW reading performance:

We’ll use the same test programs here, and even the same amount of data, the only difference is that we have it on a Mr.Platinum 10X certified 80min CD-RW (Manufactured by postech).

Nero CD-Speed:

The Mitsumi is able to read the CD-RW at full speed with great seek times.

And here is the same shot from the Lite-On, the drive is locked to 16X reading, and take a look at the awful seek times! Not good at all.

Transfer speed:

The same result, the Mitsumi is doing really good.

CD-RW reading summary:

There is no doubt, look at the speed and especially the seek times. The Mitsumi beats the Lite-On with a long shot.
