With LightScribe media of different colours becoming widely available by several manufacturers, we at CDFreaks would like to present an article covering the Philips Color LightScribe media. This media is available in five different colours (Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange and Red) and is available as a 10 pack in jewel cases or as a 25 pack spindle; both with mixed colours.
Besides the colours, this media features improved labelling speed and higher contrast results over previous LightScribe media and can be written in the same way as with the traditional LightScribe media.
Our European review coordinator Jan70 has carried out tests with all five colours and compares the writing performance against the first generation of LightScribe media.
