- Added full support for Cequadrat Winoncd images (*.c2d)

- Extraction of "M" flag files (VideoCD and PSX) resolved. ("Error reading data track" error message.)
- Fixed error message "You must be in ShowCheckbox mode to set to this date" when opening Data Track Properties for some non-standard images.
- Blindread images with "alternative read method" turned on weren't recognized as valid.
