The three new CenDyne Dual-Format DVD Recorders come with a complete set of DVD
burning software for storing more than two hours of video onto a single 4.7GB
DVD. Plus, CenDyne has included user-friendly tutorial software that helps
novice customers install and use the new drives.
Both the external and internal dual-format drives
burn at an incredible rate of 4X DVD+R and DVD-R, enabling customers to quickly
archive their precious home movies onto DVD. Plus, the speedy new drives support
up to 2.4X DVD+RW, 2X DVD-RW, 16X CD-R and 10X CD-RW, making them the ideal
choice for editing home movies as well as for saving music, sharing photos and
transporting data files. The drives also read DVD movies, DVD-ROM and CD-ROM

CenDyne offers the internal version of the
Dual-Format DVD Recorder with either an off-white or black bezel to complement
the most popular computer colors. Both of the internal drives have IDE
interfaces and are designed to be installed into a PC. They are shipping now to
CenDyne's resellers and major retailers throughout North America. The CenDyne 4X
Dual-Format Combo Interface USB 2.0/Firewire DVD Recorder can be easily
connected to any PC with a USB 2.0 (or earlier) port or FireWire connection. It
will begin shipping this week.
