CyberDrive releases two new combo (CD-RW/DVD-ROM) recorders

Via the CDRLabs.com website we can read that CyberDrive has unveiled two new combo
(CD-RW/DVD-ROM) drives. The first combo drive supports 48x read and write
speeds, 24x re-writing and 16x DVD-ROM reading while the second combo drive has
faster read and write speeds (52x) and also faster re-write speeds
of 32x:

The drive adopts the technology of full Constant Angular Velocity
(CAV) with maximum data transfer rate 16X for DVD-ROM read. The drive
utilizes the rack-pinion type traverse mechanism and stepping motor in
order to improve access time to around 90ms for DVD-ROM and 85ms for
CD-ROM, also using Double Suspension Mechanism system to reduce acoustic
noise.
