DVD Region-Free 3.60 DVD Shrink copy protection error fixed

marlowe and fengtao used our news submit to tell us that the program Region Free from DVD Idle has been tweaked to version 3.6. DVD Region-Free makes DVDs appear region free for playback even if your player is region locked.

Add a new feature to remove the "Copy protection error" message of DVD Shrink when the disc is dirty or scratched.
Improved RCE detection.
Add support for Ulead DVD Player.
Minor tweaking for speed
