FireBurner (FB) is a compact yet full-featured CD-R/W burning software package used by tens of thousands of people all over the world! FB allows users to easily burn custom data, audio or mixed mode CD's. FB can burn audio tracks from MP3 files with its on the fly decoding support. FB can also be used to copy data or audio content from a user's CD. FB is shareware. Continued use past 15 days requires registration.

FB 2.0 incorpates some large changes, including a complete re-write of the programming library. This 3rd generation of the FireBurner programming library has too many bug fixes and speed optimizations from V1.06 to list. Most importantly, the library has been optimized cross-platform compilation. |

o File System Builder, CD Explorer disassociated from FireBurner.Exe and will now be included separate products: FireRipper and FireBackup; Keep V1.06 around for these functions for now
o Skins interface discontinued
And the software will also be ported to Linux.
