Help mom with digital TV transition

The Consumer Electronics Association has asked Florence Henderson, who played Carol Brady on The Brady Bunch, to 'encourage baby boomers to help their elderly parents, relatives and neighbours to get ready' for the transition to digital TV. The CEA brought this news through a press release and they think Henderson's help is very important.

Together with their celebrity the CEA thinks their creative concept, called 'Convert your mom', could help enormously. The campaign will start with a satellite media tour, starring Henderson, next month. During the tour Henderson will tell us that there are a few ways to survive the digital transition. In the first place you can spend your hard-earned pension on a new TV with digital tuner or try buying a set-top-box. Ofcourse all the other ways are explained too.

The most funny, and stupid part of the campaign is a downloadable guide. Try saying this: 'Mom go to this website and download the guide.'
