Mr. R used our newssubmit to tell us that a lot of dealers are getting out of bussiness because of the recent busts.
Here's what he wrote:
Due to the inmense heat on the dealer scene loads of dealers are shutting down their services for a while. Some might come back, perhaps with another name, but loads of dealers will just stay gone or go underground. Perhaps this was the intention of the BSA/BREIN/BUMA STEMRA. Giving so much publicity to the latest 2 busts might scare off all the dealers on the internet. Well I guess they -finally- did so!
I start to wonder if the TIP and Speedy busts were so easy (home adresses etc..). They might be a great tool for the authorities to exploid it to scare off other dealers. The dealers they, and i mean the authorities, cannot catch.. For now they did it.. looks like march is becoming for the dealers out there!
Well I guess he could be right. For myself I don't care what they do since I'm no dealer and I'd never buy anything from a dealer, but I guess there are quite some ppl (except the dealers themselves) out there who actually won't like this action....
Let's just see what's going to happen in the next upcoming months...
