Suggestion by the cultural department in Norway to add a fee for every media that might be used to copy music & video. If this suggestion comes through, a 0.5$ fee will be added to every CDR sold in norway. for a 60GB harddrive, the fee would be 50$. |
They've tried this one in the Netherlands, and also in Denmark they're busy to think about things like this. If this extra fee means you can freely copy anything you want, it might be reasonable...
