Opera 5.1 now out

Adam used our newssubmit to tell us that Opera 5.1 is out... this is what he wrote:

Opera 5.1 is now out with some really neat new features. For me the most useful of these are the 'mouse gestures' . These allow you to do all sorts of things just with some mouse movements, eg. reload is hold right click then move up then down. It sounds a little tricky but really works well.

The browser comes highly reccomended and is much better than IE and well worth the upgrade. It now also includes flash plugins and so you should have no compatibility problems.

Download now at http://www.opera.com

Well I downloaded Opera 5.0 once and I quite liked it. Somethings are still better in IE. Well not really beter but under the circumstances most people work IE performs better.

Because lots of websites aren't build like they should be, IE is the only browser that doesn't have any problems with those sites (because IE doesn't care about wrong HTML and Javascript and stuff). Opera sometimes can't handle those sites so that's 1-0 for IE (I really hate to say this ).

Another problem with Opera is flash support... Let's see what versie 5.1 does...

Just one more thing: I really think that the guys developing Opera are doing a great job since they are building a browser 1000x better then Netscape and it's multiplatform (Linux, Winblows etc)... So keep up the good work and go download that free browser!
