Roxio, Adaptecs subsidiary company, sets now on the recordable DVD. On the CeBIT in hall 12 C38 you can already get a first impression of the new authoring software.
With just a few cicks you arrange video-clips, fixed images and audio files in the project window. In contrast to other programs the software controls also functions, which one finds otherwise only in professional programs. Buttons are animated the menu ranks the linkage of smaller sequences also in the background running films or among a film. The Program supports AVI -, MPEG1 and MPEG2-Format, MP3 or WAV files format or pictures in almost all usual formats - it accepts the data and converts it before burning, if necessary into the selected output format.
To Roxios specification the program is to come in few months on the market; an exact date as well as the price are not certain yet.
