The guys of Traction seem to have a lot of spare time, another version has arrived.

- Modified shellexecute to always run from dir location of program path, some installers require this.
- Fixed bug with loading background lost current items if not saved before.
- Increased tab limit to 80, and items to 250 per tab
- Totally changed adding, amending & deleting new tabs to drop down menu only - a lot better now.
- Right mouse on tab is to amend the tab name now also.
- Fixed a bitmap palette bug.
