Besides writing DVD+R/RW in 4x/4x Ultima/Artec's new drive also writes CD-R/RW in 24x/16x making it the fastest DVD writer that has been announced so far. The reading speed is specified to 8x for DVD-ROM and 40x for CD-ROM.
