market, announced the launch of the MediaREADY™ Convergence Software Suite(MCSS)
Developer Program. The program beckons developers of innovative,

under the Lafayette Brand: the MediaREADY 4000. This product is also available
as an OEM turn-key solution for other PC/CE manufacturers. As part
of a joint-venture, CAC and VWB will also make available other OEM modules and
OEM product configurations to PC/CE manufacturers, based on the MCSS platform,
beginning in Q4 2004.
