Yamaha updates firmware for DVD-S550 to V.38

RexHunt used our news
submit to tell us that Yamaha has updated the firmware for their
DVD-S550 standalone DVD and DivX player. The latest version is V.38 and fixes a
bug in the OSB menu.

What is new in Version V.38: Correction in OSB menu What is new in Version V.34: After playing JPEG/MP3, shuffle mode cannot be canceled by tray open/close. After playing WMA, DVD-Video playback sometimes becomes slow. DivX subtitle cannot be displayed.
